2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client.
  • Monthly retainer fees for ongoing services once the month has commenced.
  • Fees for custom services that have been initiated or are in progress.
  • Third-party services, software, or tools purchased on behalf of the client.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your project name, service details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
  3. Review and Response: Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

4. Approval and Processing

  • If your refund request is approved, we will notify you and process the refund to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where only a portion of the service was delivered or issues were partially resolved, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of i2medier Agency.
